Pizza & Flatbreads

You might have noticed I have a lot of "favorite" recipes. Well if I had to choose, I think pizza would be my absolute favorite food. I love serving it hot from the oven just as guests arrive with a glass of sparkling wine. Pizza is such a wonderful canvas to work on - you can come up with endless combinations of ingredients. I make a lot of "white" pizzas, meaning no tomato sauce, although when I'm in Naples a classic Pizza Margherita is my first choice! I also like to top pizzas with a bit of salad and perhaps some shards of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Yum!
