I Take Care of Everything!
I personally select the best locations and most luxurious accommodations. I also provide for all accommodations, all meals and wine, numerous hands-on cooking classes, and private tours and wine tastings. The only additional cost is your flight and any things you might want to bring home. (And we will go shopping; I'm a serious shopper.)
Everyone is Welcome!
Don't think you have to be an experienced chef. My students are from every background and each learns something new, no matter their level of expertise.
Come with your closest friend, your spouse or come by yourself. You can even arrange an exclusive tour for your group. Each trip is limited to 15 students so everyone gets lots of personal attention and a real hands-on experience.
All you need to do is fly into the city where the designated meeting point is and we pick you up. It's that easy. Easy enough to come by yourself.
My Travel Philosophy
My idea of a perfect vacation depends on three things: great traveling companions, incredible food and wine, and luxurious accommodations. So that's how I structure my tours.
I like finding an amazing place to stay, venturing out on day trips and market outings, learning about the local area, shopping where the insiders shop, eating where the locals eat. And, of course, I love being able to cook the great regional specialties using locally-grown, seasonal ingredients.
