Negroni Cocktail
This refreshing drink is a classic, yet it's all the rage these days. For a twist, replace the gin with bubbly prosecco to make a Negroni Sbagliato. Yum.

1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange peel
Instructions
Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel.
